Our thermarium is equipped with sauna, turkish bath, emotional shower, icefalls and relax area. It is the best place to recover energy while contemplating a suggestive landscape comfortably lying on a lounger and tasting any of our purifying infusions.
A relaxing, welcoming and tidy space where to recover from dayly work, in order to live intensely the experience of a journey in the Appennines. The access to the outdoor swimming pool is allowed to all the pubblic. Within the wellness center you may enjoy the treatments that we offer, thanks to our staff.
Finnish sauna in fine cedar wood
Temperature: 80° - 90° C Humidity: 10-15% Effects: strengthens the immune defenses and the cardiovascular system, promotes metabolic functions and detoxification.
Turkish bath with essential aromas
The Turkish bath, also known as hammam, has Mediterranean origins. The temperature inside is regulated between 35 and 50 degrees and the humidity reaches 90%-100%. Essential oils (such as eucalyptus oil) are mixed with the steam to increase the benefits. Inside the Turkish bath there are two showers with cold water, to be used as needed. The lower temperature allows you to increase the residence times for each session. Effects: the heat and high humidity clear the respiratory tract, promote relaxation, release muscle tension and make the skin soft and velvety. While eucalyptus is known for its antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties.
Ice waterfall
Particularly suitable as a completion of the journey after the sauna or Turkish bath, the ice waterfall allows the wellness center customer to reproduce the ancient cold ritual; the contact of ice with the skin revitalizes and tones the tissues, reactivates circulation and strengthens the immune system.
Showers with chromotherapy and cold eucalyptus or tropical mist
The purity of hot water combined with the beneficial properties of chromotherapy, the effectiveness of cold nebulized water combined with the healing properties of eucalyptus. The right balance of a path of total well-being.
